John L. Noud has practiced law in Mason, Michigan since 1974. He is a 1964 graduate of Michigan State University and a 1967 graduate of the University of Michigan Law School. He served in the United States Army from 1967 to 1972. He maintains a varied practice, but specializes in representing clients who are injured by the wrongful acts of others.
He has obtained high, six-figure settlements: for a young businessman who suffered a serious leg injury when he was forced off the expressway by a semi-truck; for a high school student who suffered permanent disabling injuries in an SUV rollover accident; and for a business owner whose business location was destroyed by fire because of negligent furnace repairs. He also represents clients who are buying or selling their homes; or who seek assistance in making plans to leave their property to their loved ones through wills or trusts; or who seek assistance in administering the estates of loved ones who have passed away; or who are involved in varied kinds of litigation to enforce or protect their legal rights.
